Our story

Built by people who've been exactly where you are.

Ten years ago we were the brand. Chasing factories. Getting samples wrong. Managing suppliers across three countries with no single person owning the outcome. We figured it out, eventually. But not before learning every expensive lesson the hard way. We're Saurabh and Rupal & over the last decade we built our own consumer brands from scratch. Designed the products, sourced the materials, managed production, and got them in front of customers - in stores, online, and in markets across the world. We know what it costs to launch a product, what it takes to sell it, and what consumers actually respond to. We know this because we do it every day. Along the way we built a manufacturing network we trusted, a way of working that kept brand at the centre of every production decision, and a process that took the chaos out of bringing a product to life. Then other brands started asking how we did it.

That question became Printwagon. The partner we wished we'd had at the beginning. Not a factory, not a sourcing agent but a team that understands brand, and is invested enough in the outcome to treat your product like it's their own. Because in many ways, it is.

Are you a sourcing agent or a manufacturer?

Neither label fits, and that's the point. A sourcing agent finds you a factory and steps back. A manufacturer takes your order and executes it. We do something different. We've built and run our own consumer brands. That means deep, long-standing relationships with factories who trust our judgment and prioritise our work, because we bring them consistent volume and products that actually sell. And when a new category calls for it, we find the right factory for that specific product. Our network grows with our clients' ambitions, not the other way around.
What's the minimum order quantity?

Our entry MOQ starts at $2,000, and that doesn't have to be a single SKU. Spread it across a range, mix categories, build a more complete collection from the start. Re-orders are a different conversation. We understand what it feels like to sit on stock while you're still building your customer base. So we work with your reality, not against it. As you grow, we grow with you.
How do we know your manufacturing is ethical?

It's a fair question and one every brand should be asking their partners. We work with factories we've visited, vetted, and in most cases built long-term relationships with. We know the people running them, the conditions inside them, and how they treat their workers. That doesn't come from a sourcing directory. It comes from years of showing up in person and caring about the answer. We also believe ethical manufacturing and good business aren't in tension. Factories that treat their workers well and operate cleanly are the ones that produce consistently better products. We choose our partners accordingly. Do you handle compliance, testing, and audits?

Yes. Different markets have different requirements and we know them well. We handle export documentation, customs compliance, and import requirements for the markets we ship into regularly. For product testing, we work with accredited third-party labs to test against the relevant market and category standards. For factory audits and product-specific certifications, we work directly with our factory partners to meet whatever standard your market or retail buyer requires. If you have specific requirements, bring them to us at the start. The earlier we know, the smoother everything runs.
What does end to end actually mean?

It means from the moment you brief us to the moment your product arrives at your door. We handle the mocking of your product line, sourcing, sampling, production, quality checks, export documentation, freight, and customs. You have one point of contact throughout. Not a different person for every stage, not a handoff halfway through. One relationship, start to finish. Nothing falls between the cracks because there's nobody to fall between.
How involved do you get in the design of the product?

As involved as you need us to be. Some brands arrive with finalised artwork and just need execution. Others come with a direction and want us to help develop it into a product. We work both ways. The brief tells us where to start.
How long does the whole process take, from brief to delivery?

Samples typically take 3 to 5 weeks from brief sign-off, depending on the category and complexity. We give you a specific timeline at the start of your project, not a vague estimate. Production timelines vary depending on what you're making, the order size, and the time of year. We'll map that out clearly before you commit to anything so there are no surprises. Re-orders move faster. Once the product is developed and approved, the hard work is done.
What happens if you change factories? How do we know our product stays consistent across reorders?

We don't change factories casually. When we develop your product, everything is documented materials, finishes, production standards, approved samples. A reorder produces the same result as the first order. That said, we're always looking for the best outcome for your brand. If a better factory comes along better technique, newer technology, stronger pricing, or more capacity at the right time we'll bring that to you transparently. Never as a surprise, always with a resample and your sign-off before anything moves forward. You stay in control. We just make sure you always have the best options on the table.
Where do you ship and what are the shipping options?

We ship globally. If there's a market you're building towards, we've likely shipped there or can. On modes, we work across sea freight and air freight depending on your order size, timeline, and budget. Sea for larger orders where time allows. Air for smaller or urgent shipments. We'll recommend the right option for your specific order and walk you through the cost difference so you can make an informed call.
How do you make money? Are there hidden fees or commissions we should know about?

We keep it simple. We quote you a product price that covers sourcing, production, and quality control. No retainers, no agency fees, no surprise add-ons mid-production. Sampling costs are discussed upfront before any work begins. Testing and logistics are quoted separately based on your specific requirements and the best options for your market.
